Recruitment Service Methodology

At Netbusiness Solutions, We have a well structured and systematic approach for selecting candidates. Our Recruitment Process begins with analysis of position and requirement and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate. The key principles of our search methodology focus on

  1. Analysis of Position and Requirement: Understanding the client organization in terms of current business activities, future expansion plans, and work culture. This also includes mapping competencies for the specific position such as job title, deliverables, key accountabilities, and other important success factors.
  2. Sourcing Strategy: Drawing up a list of target companies for recruitment and leveraging our network and internal database. We identify the most potential candidates within these companies, approach them, and share the opportunity to spark their interest.
  3. Testing and Evaluation: Establishing a match between the candidate profiles and the client's requirements and culture through personal interviews and psychometric assessments.
  4. Reference Checks: Conducting reference checks of selected candidates before making a formal offer. If needed, background checks are carried out through our trusted partner agencies at the client's request.
  5. Negotiation: Assisting in the negotiation of compensation and other terms for the final candidate, and supporting the client in finalizing hiring arrangements if required.
  6. Post-Joining Follow-ups: Engaging with both the client and candidate after onboarding to resolve any issues and ensure mutual satisfaction.
